Itinerary

Day 1: Ulaanbaatar City to Karakorum City

We'll pick you up from your hotel, drive 400km to Karakorum City for lunch. Explore the ancient capital, visit Erdene Zuu Monastery and stay in a Ger camp for dinner.

Day 2: Karakorum City to White Lake

We will drive 300km (186miles) to Terkhiin Tsagaan Nuur (White Lake) after breakfast. It's a famous lake in Central Mongolia, with Khorgo volcano nearby. Dinner and overnight stay at Ger-camp.

Day 3: White Lake to Shine-Ider Village and meet a local family

Drive 200km on dirt road to Shine-Ider Village. Visit nomadic family, experience lifestyle. Picnic lunch. Guest House stay,

Day 4: Shine-Ider Village to Lake Khuvsgul

Drive 220km to Lake Khuvsgul, the largest freshwater lake in Central Asia. Unique and beautiful landscape. Dinner at Ger-Camp.

Day 5: Hiking, photoshoot with reindeer, and riding a horse around the Lake Khuvsgul

Hike for an overview of Lake Khuvsgul. Meet the reindeer people, take a picture, and ride a horse. Lunch at the ger camp. Visit Ardgin Zuu Mountain for stunning views. Dinner at the camp.

Day 6: The Deer Stone and Khutag Undur Village

We'll visit The Deer Stone place to see ruins from 1500 BC to 500 AD. Then, we'll drive 230km (142miles) to Khutag Undur Village in Bulgan province, where we'll stay in a guest house. Dinner and accommodation provided.

Day 7: Bulgan Province to Ulaanbaatar city

Drive 450km (279mi) on paved road back to Ulaanbaatar. Lunch and dinner at a cafeteria. Arrive late at night and transfer to hotel.
