Itinerary

Day 1: Khogno Khan Mountain National Park

Pickup by guide & driver. Visit Khogno Khan mountain with diverse landscapes of sand dunes, forests, and rocks. Hike small sand dunes, see 17th century Uvgun Monastery, ride two-humped camels on Elsen Tasarkhai sand dunes. Visit nomadic family, milk cows & cook dinner with them.

Day 2: Kharkhorum to The Mongolia’s 1st Capital City

Visit ancient Mongolian capital Karkhorin and Erdenezuu Monastery, the first Buddhist monastery in Mongolia, followed by a horseback ride by the Orkhon River. Stay at Ger camp with meals included.

Day 3:

We will depart after breakfast and make our way back to Ulaanbaatar, covering approximately 400 km (248 miles) during the journey. Along the way, we will enjoy a delicious lunch.
